To use the Platform, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• All activity occurring under their account,
• Keeping profile information accurate and updated.

You agree not to:

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully,
• Provide accurate booking information,
• Respect providers and other users,
• Avoid misuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity.

Customers understand that:

• 1Roof does not guarantee service quality,
• Participation in activities or services is at their own risk.

6. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

• If payments are processed through the Platform:
• Prices are determined by Service Providers unless otherwise stated,
• Payments may include service fees or transaction fees,
• Refund policies may vary depending on the provider or event.

1Roof may assist with payment processing but is not responsible for disputes regarding:

• Service quality,
• Cancellations,
• Delays,
• Customer satisfaction.

Refund eligibility and timelines should be clearly stated within each listing.

7. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

1Roof is a technology platform only.

We do not:

• Employ service providers,
• Guarantee service availability,
• Endorse users or businesses,
• Verify every listing or credential.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Roof shall not be liable for:

• User conduct,
• Service failures,
• Injuries, losses, or damages,
• Payment disputes between users,
• Third-party actions.

Users engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.

8. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they post, including:

• Images,
• Descriptions,
• Videos,
• Logos,
• Course materials.

By posting content on 1Roof, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display,
• Promote,
• Reproduce,
• Distribute
  such content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.

You confirm that you own or have rights to all posted content.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate laws or regulations,
• Upload harmful software or malicious code,
• Spam or harass others,
• Post false reviews,
• Manipulate ratings,
• Use the Platform for scams or unauthorized advertising.

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

10. Reviews & Ratings

Users may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.

1Roof reserves the right to remove reviews that are:

• False,
• Offensive,
• Abusive,
• Manipulative,
• Irrelevant.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user:

• Violates these Terms,
